'Unallocated parcel'

I have made a purchase with a company that uses Aramex for their overnight delivery..mind you the purchase was done on the 3rd of December and till today I haven't received my order..the thing that annoyed me is that no 1 seems to locate where my parcel is after I gave a shipment number they sending me from pillar to post...the service sucks.
