Unacceptable, useless and pathetic service

I ordered a parcel and it was (according to the online track and trace facility) collected from supplier on Monday the 23rd and scheduled for delivery to me on Tuesday the 24th of November. I requested overnight delivery and paid for such. <br> <br> After several phone calls to them and emails till this day I have not yet received my parcel. One week later!! This is unacceptable, useless and pathetic service. They keep on telling me I will definitely receive my parcel today. And every day comes and goes and no delivery.<br> <br> They also refuse to tell me who the third party agency is that will deliver my parcel. So I am unable to contact them and trace my parcel myself. I don't get this cause clearly I will see who they are once they deliver my parcel.<br> <br> Don't ever use them!!! They haven't even offered to pay me back for the overnight fee I paid and didn't receive. They are thee worst delivery agent I have ever used and will never make use of them again.
