Unacceptable service from Aramex

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I am in Randburg and it was delivered who knows where. I was informed that this would be resolved and collected and delivered to me at the CORRECT address TODAY. It is unacceptable the service and lack of accountability Aramex is showing. Use DHL, Courier Guy or Globeflight before Aramex because they know how to give good service and ensure they are at the right address.
