UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I have never received such service from you guys before. I only purchase my NIKES online. Apparently it states that you guys attempted to deliver, but could not get a hold of me. Firstly, no one sent me an email or sms to let me know what is happening, if I did not log onto Nike and tracked my parcel myself, I would of had no idea what is happening. Secondly, I was at home from 16:30, and no-one was at my door, or even called to say they outside, or received and sms or email to say it's been dispatched. I even went to my sister across the road from me, as she has camera and viewed the footage, again, NOTHING. So somewhere, someone is lying. If my package is not delivered today, then I will collect it on Saturday in Richmond Park.
