UNACCCPETABLE DRIVERS & CUSTOMER SERVICE

SHOCKING! Every time a shipment is made through them (even after paying over night delivery) They still manage to delay the delivery. The address is on the order, if it the sender has it incomplete they will never phone the person who its being delivered to ask for the full information. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME 7 TIMES NOW!!!! I have waited sometimes an entire week for a delivery. The driver will tell me the delivery will be delivery the same day and the at 15h00 I get the notification of 'wrong route'. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
