Unable to deliver

Dear Aramex, I have been struggling toget my package deliverd for the past 5 day without any success. Every day I phone and ask why my package was not delivered and everyday I get the same response. How difficult can it be to follow a simple instruction, phone me when you are at the gate. If I knew it would be such a hassle I would have used the post office as I have had better luck with them
