Un happy with your service

I'm not happy at all about the service that I'm getting from your company, they sent a parcel for from Empangeni but till today I haven't got it yesterday(05/10/25) I called and they told me I will receive it before 5 but later I was I will get today 8:30.( Standard delivery: Expect delivery to be completed within 24 to 72 business hours (Monday to Friday) by 5:00 PM)

But I haven't received my parcel till now. On the which on the I sent a parcel to Empangeni on the 04/10/25 and it was receive on the 05/10/25 before 11am.
