I ordered items to the value of R2660 from Shein,the whole time I was tracking my items and they arrived in South Africa issues started first they were in Sandton,then to OR tambo then days later still no one is contacting me to pay my taxes i finally decide to call aramex of which they Mokgaetji request Zanele to give me a link to pay,the incompetence starts invoice is R1600,what?for items of R2600 a R1600 tax.that was the body of email oh link says I should pay invoice same day,Oh and the link says the invoice has been paid by who I wonder at this point I’m wondering what is aramex upto.Zanele fails to give me correct invoice when she gave me incorrect invoice in just over 4 hours or so.I requested Zanele to call nothing not even a call of courtesy offered by the team…
