*****ulent delivery indication

I ordered a from Nike and the item reached their depot on the 10th of June. On the 19th I called them as there was no movement only to be told someone will call me back. The 20th I called again same thing, the lady couldn't even tell me their turn around time from the day they get a package to the day they deliver. Like, how do they measure their performance if they don't have such KPIs. To my surprise i received an email from Nike saying my item has been delivered, upon enquiry it was delivered on the 10th. That means Aramex manipulated the system to show that I have long received the item whereas I have not.

I haven't received my package, no one can tell where it is. Worse I have a second package that has arrived for them, wonder what will happen to it.
