Trying to find out what's happening with customs and nobody will answer the phone

<p>I received an email that Aramex needs some extra information from me to have my package pass through customs. I called various lines until eventually I was given the number for the Aramex Customs Help line. I phoned. 20 minutes on the phone without anyone answering at which point I was hung up on without notice or reason. Tried again. Same thing. Nobody will answer the phone so that I can give the extra information required to deliver my package. Your delivery time has been amazing so far. Don't tarnish my experience by not actually taking the info you need to deliver my package. Help me out here Aramex!</p>
