I’m honestly tired of subpar service like this . I used Aramex global shopper as obviously we have been in locked down . Usually in my group of friends we have a runner who will go to the UK or USA buy merchandise for us and come back . So Aramex approached my friend for a collabo as she has a YouTube channel to make the shopping experience for her easier .

Fast forward a month ago I decided to use the service for some birthday shoes .Side note I had purchased a pair from one local online business and my shoes never came and the page blocked me on IG .

So I signed up just like to YouTube video instructed and paid the R150 I was given the delivery addresses to use I used the USA address. This was all on the first week of February it’s one problem after another you call in for an update you are placed on hold for 45minutes you get transferred to many departments at some point they just drop your call .

It’s pathetic we know we in lockdown because of covid but was the service affected by covid as well
