tracking shipment

I am super disappointed with aramex, I have been trying to track my parcel coming from JHB to Midrand since Tuesday and no one gives me clear explanations where is it.Lisa from Cape Town assured me that I will receive my parcel this morning but now when I call her she’s telling me that the system is off and she cannot assist. Is this how you do your business!!!???

Can someone please track my shipment and get back to me, I have paid overnight fee to get my parcel on Monday and till today I am still waiting!!] my tracking number: DBP***
