Tracking Number Not Received

Please tell me why Aramex South Africa's system said my shipment was successfully created but never sent me a tracking number. The receiver of my parcel also didn't receive any confirmation communication.

I've been calling them since yesterday, first lady I reached told me there's nothing they can do about it. And now the people I'm getting through to after that keep telling me they'll get back to me??

This is ridiculous. Why would your system say shipment created and not send me tracking information? Where the heck is my parcel?? 😭
