Tracking number invalid/data not available for more than 24 hours

Someone sent a package to me yesterday via Aramex’s Stoor to Door service. Up until now the tracking number doesn’t show any details or results. It’s as if it wasn’t sent at all. Now I don’t know whether the sender is being dishonest or Aramex is just their usual unreliable selves. It’s really disheartening.
