Tracking number DBW***

I have received a horrible service from Aramex, my parcel has been with them for the past 2 weeks. the Johannesburg team is the worst, I've been calling them and getting through is a hustle, they hang up as soon as I give them my tracking number.

They are just the worst courier service ever and I am never using their services ever again, their customer service is the worst, iIt’s as if they are doing you a favour when you have paid for the service.
