Aramex South Africa is the worst courier company that I ever come across. My parcel arrived in South Africa on the 19 January 2020, then it was held by custom. I provided them with information they required. even today, you need to remind the to give you feedback on the parcel, then after that they update it as held for custom inspection. Horrible experience with Aramex. I will never ever use this company.
