A package that I'm waiting for from America, has arrived at the Aramex Facility on 2017/10/24 at 15:52 . It has still not been deilivered to me as I am writing review. I sent them an e-mail on 2017/10/26 and I got feedback from them the next day. They told me that they cannot deliver the package, due to the fact that Customs has not sent it back to them. This is total Bull.. I know for a fact that Customs comes to the and then does all the clearences at their facility. So they started off with a total lie to me, the customer. The item has been with them for eight (8) days and is still not out for delivery. Nor have they contacted me to inform me of the real problem, instead of telling lies about Customs not doing thei work..
