Track number DBP*** ****** horrible service

I sent a parcel through Aramex in store, the parcel was first delayed cos of the Lockdown which I understood, then when parcel was delivered to my client at Ladysmith it was soft which it should have been cos it was a wig i made for her, Thabiso signed for it, then one of Aramex employees Siya called to say he had mixed parcels up, took it back to give my client bottles of water and stole the wig for his girlfriend, when i told Aramex they didn’t do anything and now i am being ignored, they condone *****ing in their business and can’t be trusted they open parcels and change items so that you see your details outside and think it’s the same, they are ******, they must refund me for my parcel this is not how business is done
