Totally useless!!!

We sent a parcel from Centurion on 17 December to Vleesbaai, It arrived in George on 18 Dec 2020 08:03 and is still lying there! No response until now, 23 December at 14:30. Try to call them? Don't waste your time! They brag about an "overnight courier service" - what a farce, don't even try to use them!
