TOTALLY LATE AND DELAYED DELIVERY!!!!

What the HELL is wrong with you people!!!! your contact number *** is ****! Has ANYONE from Aramex tried calling it??? You can NEVER get to speak to anyone, it just cuts off and wastes our airtime!

I want my query handed over to someone on a senior level immediately! you USELESS lot have been sitting with my package which I purchased from HiFi Corp since the 29th of November!!! And you have been giving me the run around since then!!! So much so that I eventually emailed HiFi Corp on the 3rd Dec and asked them to tell you USELESS lot to just send my package to HiFi Corp to their store at the Northgate mall and I will go there and fetch it myself, cos your delivery is ****!

I got an sms from you USELESS lot on the 12th Dec to say 'Your HIFI CORP MALL OF THE NORTH order D*** is out for delivery today between 8am an 5pm' I have attempted to track it since that very day and all I saw even today is says Processing. A woman called me today to ask if I received my delivery and I told her of my dilemma with you USELESS people since the 29th of November! She said she will sort it out and call me back, I waited the whole day and NOTHING so I called *** at 15:30, the very number she called me from only get more frustrated with you USELESS lot and waste all my airtime!!!

I am now contacting the consumer consumer council and laying a complaint against you USELESS lot and HIFI CORP! I further intended posting on every social media site about my terrible experience with you USELESS lot!!!

Utterly disgusted and frustrated!
