Totally Lack of Service

Hi, not sure what is going on with Aramex but my parcel has been out for delivery since 27th June and still has not arrived. No one answers the phone either. This service is totally unacceptable. There are other courier services that I have used with exceptional service. Guess Aramex is wiped off my list.
