TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH ARAMEX SOUTH AFRICA

I am waiting 8 days for a parcel to get delivered to me form Durban to Mthatha, which is only 430 km and they say they have a 72 hour turn around for outlaying areas. The parcel was marked extremely fragile and the goods in there amount to +-R1000. The company, call centre agents and drivers are irresponsible and don't give a damn about customers and their products they are transporting. This is utterly and totally ridiculous!!
