Took less than a week to arrive from USA but more than week sitting idle in JHB

Item cleared customs on 9 February. Since then it is sitting in Johannesburg with daily updates reflecting the same status. Item took less than a week to be sent from USA to SA, but spends more time at the Aramex hub/facility in Johannesburg. This is absolutely pathetic and I don't spend a small fortune on courier costs if the item isn't needed ASAP. Deliver this package ASAP or I am writing to your headquarters in Dubai.
