Too bad there's nothing lower to rate them, so one star will have to do

Outsourced by amazon for something I imported. Kept in customs for 2 weeks. Phoned multiple times asking where it was and they said it would be delivered the following day, it never arrives. Suddenly they tell me I need to pay customs fees but don't send me an invoice, I provide my email and there is no response. I'm not the only one having problems like this.
