Time wasters...non-delivery

Send a notification at 07:00 confirming delivery, I call the call centre before midday and advised delivery will be between 12:30 and 13:30, call the call centre at 15:30 consultant is rude, puts me on hold for over 5 minutes and I’m returned to the automated voice message still clueless about whether delivery will happen, your App is not helpful to track delivery all it confirms is that message sent in the morning when it states that it gives real-time tracking...tracking number YC ********** so after waiting all day I still don’t know if I’ll get my delivery
