Time is ticking Aramex
On the 19th of September I purchased two Aramex pre-paid sleeves from my local Pick 'n Pay at a cost of R99 each. I then sealed them and dropped them off at the drop box situated at the Pick 'n Pay express Shop in Elgin Road, Birchleigh the same day. I was aware that this was a week-end, and that they would only be collected on the Monday, the 21st of September. I had no problem with this as Aramex promises to deliver the next working day if not an outlying area, so then the parcels would be with my clients on the 22nd of September, no problem. However, these parcels had still not being delivered by the 25th of September, so I phoned Aramex on *** that morning, and later that day Archie phoned me back informing me that they would send a vehicle to collect the parcels, and that he would get back to me the same day to update me. Well, today is the 28th of September, and yes, the parcels were collected, but are still sitting in the depot according to their tracking system, and no-one has gotten back to me yet. This episode has probably cost me these 2 customers as I look like a **** after providing them with waybill numbers for packages \that didn't exist"on your website."""
I apologise profusely for the inconvinience that this has caused you, this issue is being resolved with our Operations Dept to ensure that the shipments are collected regularly from this Pick n Pay store.
I can assure you that there should not be any future repeats of miss- collected shipments by the courier on this route.
