Three weeks to deliver and no communication

I sent a parcel on the 3rd July from Pretoria to Sandton, all details were provided and today 33nd July I get a phonecall about the parcel apparently they had not sent it yet.. Three weeks later, no communication from Aramex, so disgusted by this service
