this company takes no note of the customers' messages

What's the point of a messaging system when this company takes no note of the customers' messages? I TWICE informed an agent no one would be in before 11:00 and the driver attempted delivery 10:31. Now I have to spend another day(s) at home tomorrow at home after 11:00 waiting for a delivery that may or may not come.
