Third party not collecting parcel

Aramex Not servicing BP garage at Shepston road, New Germany, Pinetown.

I have parcels that i hv posted since 21 September 2021.

I called Aramex ***. I was on hold for 15 min, phone cut off. And again for added 15 min.

I urgently need the parcels. There is also no way of opening the box to retrieve my parcels.

I urgently need assistance
