I bought hair from Divine VIRGIN hair in November 2020, the hair was sent to Aramex for delivery, 2 weeks later no parcel received, a lady from Aramex Mokgaetji Mokwele called me to tell me the hair is missing... So it was back and fourth as to who has to pay me back the money. Finally around December 2020 she asked me for Invoices and Proof of payments. Till now u have not heard anything from Mokgaetji, I have sent through numerous emails to her but she doesn't even bother responding to my emails, when I try to call Aramex to get hold of her, she is also unreachable. This is very absurd as I paid R2000 for service that was not rendered. Who's fault is it that the hair went missing from their hub? And no one is showing accountability for this issues. J want a way forward on this. Either they refund me back my money or they look for my hair. Service is absolute nonsense.
