Ordered an item online, worth about R400 that excludes shipping fee. It has arrived at the Aramax offices in johannesburg, from China. I received an Email from Aramex stating that my parcel has been randomly picked for inspection and I should pay R160 for inspection fee. Now this one the worste experiences I have had with this courier Company. HORRIFIC.
