After waiting for almost 2 months for my parcel ,paid custom fees , I’m told it’s out for Delivery yesterday it doesn’t get delivered which is strange because I live in Germiston and my other smaller parcels get delivered on the same day, this bigger parcel doesn’t and then when I track it I’m told their vehicle was hijacked , and I must claim from the sender sorry that’s it , what ******* is that why aren’t you liable , surely you must be liable what happens if they find the vehicle? Why are they so sure that they won’t recover our parcels is it because this is a trend at aramex? I want my parcel , it has Christmas gifts that I need I have contacted them on every platform useless response with no help , I want my parcel find it from your ******* you call drivers Do you even vett your drivers ?? , why didn’t he deliver my parcel yesterday He waited so he could **** a hijacking , your service is Utterly disgraceful , useless staff , useless Everything why don’t you Just shut down once , have you seen the comments on your social media pages all of them , not one happy client !!!!! Recover my parcel and deliver it asap!!
