They ****mers , *********** and careless

This idiots they don't even deserve single star. They broke my item which was sent for return(and refund). I gave their driver my parcel in good condition, packed and sealed. When they repackaged into their bag they broke piece of it. When I claim they told me package was insufficient package. Why driver didn't told me that package was insufficient? Yet on invoice they do charge compulsory insure fee. Why the hell you charge customers insure fee yet you know you won't entertain claims. Stay away from this courier....
