They loose parcels all the time

<p>I had a parcel sent from P.E and I was suppose to have recieved it the following day,a week later my parcel is nowhere to be found,no track and trace from Aramex. This is the 4th time this is happening and many have shared their stories.</p> <p>A week later the very unproffesional logistics manager Jacque Botha tells me there is no SLA for lost parcel investigation and he cant even say if i will be refunded. He tells me to just wait he has many investigations in hes hands!!</p> <p>My parcel was headed to Pretoria and the Pretoria staff at track and trace are the worst. You are put on hold or your call gets dropped when enquiring.</p>
