They keep loosing parcels

They keep loosing my parcels, this is not even dropbox... I dropped my parcels at the reception Capetown for some reason some parcels were not even scanned 10 days later nothing...4 weeks ago they lost my parcels untill now no one has contacted me or to updated me.... I say if you don't want your parcels to be delivered then use aramex.... They are unprofessional no follow up.. Nothing
