THEY JUST DONT CARE A DAMN

Overnight Express parcel to Bloemfontein still not delivered a week later. It is not possible to speak to anything other than a stupid Bot and the Customer care phones are never answered. They claim to have made 3 aborted deliveries which is BS because the consignee is at home all the time she has never received a call. The consignee offered to fetch the parcel, but no they may not. To date 22 phone calls and still cannot speak to someone who can make a delivery.
