THEY DONT WANT TO DELIVER MY PARCEL THEY ARE BUSY REQUESTING MORE MONEY

I had the worst experience with aramex south africa.i bought hair from china because it is cheaper there and aramex was supposed to deliver my hair and they did not deliver and now they are telling me i have to pay money to release my parcel .the worst part is the money they want me to pay is more than the money i used to buy the hair .I spoke to one of their consultant who said they will call me back and they never did.please deliver my parcel i dont have money to pay again
