Their Service is so so Pathetic,

My parcel arrived from Hong Kong on the 25th May 2020 to their hub and they decided to do nothing. On Monday (01 June 2020) I called their office to inquire about the hold up and they didn't have a valid reason as why they didn't do anything on the parcel. Mind you, I spend almost 60 rand on the phone calls I made and back to back email which don't make sense.

On 03 June 2020 they said the parcel is cleared but not cleared for delivery and even now I haven't received anything. I so wish this company can shut shut down or all the stuff be fired because they act as if they are doing us a favor while we paid for their services which they don't deliver.

And based on these unhappy reviews, they don't seem to care because they continue to disappoint.
