Their service is slow and no feedback when logging a follow up

Their service is slow and no feedback when logging a follow up. Had a parcel coming from Shein, and they have 2 different tracking systems. The one shows that the parcel is in transit since the beginning of September and the other shows that it was confiscated by customs since 27 September. Never have these issues with any of the other courier companies. Very bad service, will not recommend.
