Theft within Aramex Hub

Aramex consultants stole our package and replaced the bag Aramex consultants stole our products and used the same bag to put a Chinese car license tracking **********3012 was sent on the 29th of December, the receiver got the same bag but with someone’s drivers license. We have sent them numerous emails and no-one is responding. This is our livelihood, we need answers and compensation for the ****** products.
