Thee slowest service ever

My parcel has been sitting in Pretoria for 4 days now. Everyday since Monday, I get “the driver ran out of time”

I stay in Centurion- Pretoria. This is really not working, the laptop is meant for work now I cannot do anything. Really unacceptable!!
