The worst service ever!!!!!

Unacceptable service and a *******. I bought a pair of shoes (1 small box) from a supplier in Johannesburg and paid the required R100 courier fee. This was done on the 10th Feb, Aramex collected the parcel on the 10th as well. This parcel was to be delivered to Ladysmith in KZN on route to Durban, please note I recently had 6 boxes of wine couriers to the same address from Cape Town at a few of R150 which arrived with 5 days. On following up with Prudence at Aramex I am told that i need to pay an extra R1815 courier fee!!!!!. I have told them to retune the parcel to the supplier so that I could use an alternative courier that certainly does not ******* their clients, let’s see how long this takes.
