A parcel sent to me from the UK in error was supposed to have been returned to the Uk . 2 weeks later NOTHING. On Monday I paid duty and told them to deliver and I will have it returned. A week later still not delivered Their sevice is totally *******

All 3 office staff are useless and they put the phone down on you when you call
