The worst service...

the worst service I have received from them. My parcel was supposed to have been delivered to my by the 11/04 today is the 17/04 no one has called to give me an explanation as to why I haven't received my parcel. i call the company on the 14 to get a status update, the uninterested customer care consultant informed me that the parcel was handed over to a third party delivery and informed me the parcel will be delivered on the 14/04. Today is the 17/04 I still don't have my parcel. Worst experience.
