The worst service

I ordered a items from Shein on 13.11.21. Aramex was used for shipping the package. On 22.11.21 the package arrived in Johannesburg South Africa. On 25.11.21 i paid customs and vat in the amount of +R1300. To date i did not receive my package.

Please note my package contains Christmas clothes and i still dont have it. I tried to phone aramex to follow up but u hold on forever then your calls get dropped.

Ive emailed them but they are just useless. It seems the emails i get are generated by a system. Ive requested a refund from both Aramex and shein and neither of them requested my banking details to date. They said they will refund me but nothing.

Please note that shein is not in the wrong here. But they chose Aramex not me. I would never in my life use the service of aramex again. They messed up badly, yet they dont even prioritize your package.

Ive explained so many times that the package is useless to me if its not here before christmas. I am done. I give up.

Aramex will be responsible for ruining my children's Christmas, leaving them without christmas clothes.😢😢😢😢
