The worst revice I ever had

I had a package that was booked for overnight courier on the 07/08/2020 until today the 16/08/2020 i did not receive my package yet. I received messages 3 times that my package is going to be deliver before 12PM that same day but still nothing, I called the head office multiple times and they keep on promising that I will receive my package that same day, it has been almost 10 days and still nothing.

I always use courier guy and receive my package the next day before 8AM ( NOW THAT IS OVERNIGHT COURIER ) I dont even know why Aramex has overnight courier if you dont receive it the following day.

I will never ever use ARAMEX again even if i can use them for free. their service is up to **** this is the worst experience i ever had with any courier company.

Please ARAMEX get your things together because this is NOT customer service at all !!!!
