The worst Logistic Company Ever!!!

I’m beyond disappointed with this company honestly! I hate it to the core and to think that they jump at my parcels it still puzzles me honestly! I have been waiting, trying to reach out to this company but I get no response! The last call I made I spoke to a lady who told me that Buffalo Logistics is a small company compared to Aramex! Well I have never been disappointed with Buffalo but now that Aramex jumps at my orders I have been disappointed to date! Let’s not talk about the waiting you go through when calling in to follow up about the order/parcels? I’m gonna get to a point where I don’t do online purchases anymore until the company I buy at makes it a choice to choose your own logistics company coz wow Aramex is showing me flames shame!!! Never been happy since day 1, their serving is just appalling 😡😡😡.
