The worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with‼️

After being told over a phone call that my order will be arriving the Friday the 2nd of April 2022 and then receiving a dispatch notification via SMS on the morning of said Friday, informing me to avail myself between the hours of 08:00 and 19:00 as if I do not work or have a life and that was it, I still don’t have my order and no form of communication has taken place to let me know what has happened to my delivery, this service in my experience has been absolutely putrid
