THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANTS!

THE WORST SERVICE I have ever dealt with. ALL the staff I have spoken to (4 different customer care consultants) have been extremely rude when asked to assist you. Then you are told the person you have been conversing over email work remotely and are put through to customer service without listening to what I was trying to say ignored me and placed me on hold. I have now to pay penalties due to mistakes from Shein and Aramex and no one tries to help you!!! THE WORST!! I wish Buffalo Logistics could take over again. Until Shein uses Aramex, I won't be ordering from there again!!
