The worst courier service ever, stay away!

I wish there was a zero star rating. I requested collection of the items on Sunday, it’s Friday now and they’re still not collected but I paid for overnight. Why is your service this bad? I contacted you guys 4 days on a row now and every time I get promised that it will be collected that day. I paid for next day service but now it’s going to 5 days without the parcel being collected. Worst part is that parcel is so very important which is why I paid for overnight service. You ruined my day and I can’t even reverse it. My job was on the line for that parcel! Your not service is so super useless, just dump it! It’s super useless!!!
